1. About Us

We are a small business creating handmade bookish items, including sewn pouches, candles, figurines, and bookmarks. Everything is lovingly made and packed with care.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please contact us.

3. Shipping & Pick-Up

• We offer shipping within New Zealand.
• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are handmade in small batches, all sales are final.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, etc.), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Product Information

Most of our products are handmade, so there may be slight variations from photos.
If applicable, please follow all safety instructions included with your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, and photography on this website are the property of Pages and Pastries and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Some of our handmade items are inspired by popular books, movies, and fandoms. These inspirations are used purely for creative expression and fan enjoyment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of the original creators, publishers, or studios.
