Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

 How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping:

• Standard: $9.95
• Rural: $14.95
• South Island $14.95

Please insure that you select the correct shipping for your address.

How long does shipping take? 

• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes another 1–3 working days via NZ Post.

Please note: We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What happens if my order is damaged or missing?

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details so we can make it right.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.
